Sales and Business Development Executive
| Responsibility: |
This position is our first full time sales position. It will require extensive cold call prospective leads. Follow up on warm leads and Convert hot leads into sales Build a sales pipeline for offering product development and outsourcing based services.
Experience with strategic selling processes, and success in calling on senior level management

| Candidate Profile: |
Proven record of achieving and exceeding established performance goals, along with demonstrated knowledge of territory management techniques.
Strong individual desire to "win", but must also understand the value of working and performing in a team environment.
He will also be responsible for managing the upcoming India Sales team.

Engineering/ Marketing Degree preferred. |

Application Developer – Java
| Technical: |
Java Enterprise Programming (minimum 5 years). Must have a strong grasp of the standard libraries and middle tier programming in general. Experience working with teams and source control systems (minimum 5 years).
