Rajiv Jain - Founder & CEO

Rajiv, a Silicon Valley veteran, focuses on seamless execution and cohesive team building across geographies. He has strong background in Product management and has brought numerous enterprise class products such as Asera eBusiness Platform, Sun Netra Product, and IBM Communication products to market.

As Chief Executive Officer, Rajiv’s primary role is to lead the organization with a very strong customer focused culture.

Prior to founding OutworX, Rajiv has held various senior positions in Sales, Engineering and Product Management, at companies like Fujitsu Siemens, Sun Microsystems and Asera.

Rajiv holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, an MS from Bowling Green University, and B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Ranjan Fernando – Chief Operating Officer

Ranjan is responsible for all customer engagements, client satisfaction, and product deliveries from globally distributed teams. As Chief Operating Officer, he is also responsible for organization strategy and business development.

Prior to joining OutworX, Ranjan was the VP of Engineering at Fujitsu Siemens and was responsible for developing products with focus on private cloud computing, enterprise class clustering and advanced network load balancing. He has extensive experience in dealing with global businesses in US, Japan, Germany, India, and Sri Lanka, and put together multi-million dollar partnerships.

Ranjan simultaneously directed engineering teams in four continents. Ranjan's leadership and experience in developing complex software products with teams across the globe are valued by OutworX clients. Ranjan has a BS from California State University Fresno.

Mark Johnston - Chief Technical Officer

Mark Johnston is a Silicon Valley veteran with over 20 years of experience. He worked on early private cloud computing, massively parallel machines, high-end commercial Unix systems, networking, clustering, and various Java projects. His current interests are security, mobile devices, cloud computing, Hadoop, and compliance. Mark has a BSEE with Highest Distinction from Purdue University.

Bharat Bhushan - VP, Engineering & Technology

Bharat manages global engineering teams for OutworX. He has over 20 years of software engineering, product development, project management and delivery management experience. Bharat has significant technical experience and strong background in the areas of security, remote access and secure communications along with extensive experience in handling and managing projects, working with cross culture geographically distributed teams and delivering high stake, complex and medium/large projects with aggressive schedules.

Before joining OutworX, Bharat worked with SafeNet Infotech Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Rainbow Technologies) where he was responsible for creating and managing highly focused engineering teams and transitioning of several SafeNet products to India engineering center along with creating core competence in security related areas. Prior to SafeNet, Bharat was a scientist with DRDO where he worked in the area of error correcting codes and satellite image processing.

As Vice President, Engineering & Technology, Bharat provides leadership to OutworX engineering efforts. He has been managing a large team including Project Managers, System Administrators, Engineers and Developers. He excels in client management, delivery management, team management, and operation for clients globally.

Bharat holds a Masters degree in Physics and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Allahabad University followed by an MBA in Operations Management.
