Rajiv Jain - Founder & CEO

Rajiv, a Silicon Valley veteran, focuses on seamless execution and cohesive team building across geographies. He has a strong background in Product Management and brought many enterprise products such as Asera eBusiness Platform, Sun Netra Product, and Pyramid IBM Communication products to market.

Most recently, Rajiv was Director of Product Management in Asera, where he led the product management team, successfully building and bringing to market an eBusiness platform with a significant lead over competitors like BEA and IBM.

Prior to that Rajiv held Sales and Engineering management positions in Sun and Siemens Pyramid. At Sun, Rajiv setup the iForce Solutions Center that executed on Sun's ". COMing your Business" strategy, helping to double Sun sales of enterprise servers.

Rajiv holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, an MS from Bowling Green University, and B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Sanjay Govil - President

Sanjay's mandate is to reinvent the organization and chart out a robust growth strategy encompassing value-centric and sustainable business services for clients.

Prior to this, Sanjay was the CEO of Baxy Infosol, a company specializing in Business Process and IT Outsourcing services. Before that, he was the Managing Director and Global Chief Information Officer of Kanbay Software Inc., a US$ 450 million software firm listed on NASDAQ.

In addition to spearheading Kanbay’s IT Strategy and its Global Infrastructure practice, he also successfully led the integration of Adjoined Consulting’s systems, people and processes after its acquisition by Kanbay in early 2006. Sanjay was also part of the senior management task-force which implemented the integration of Kanbay as the Financial Services SBU of CapGemini, post its take-over by the French business services conglomerate.

Before joining Kanbay, Sanjay was the Vice President of Strategic Outsourcing at IBM Global Services, responsible for one of the largest and most complex outsourcing contracts in Asia-Pacific. At IBM, he successfully built a large delivery organization and ensured high client satisfaction and a robust bottom line for IBM. Prior to IBM, he was the Director and CIO of the Eicher Group of Companies (a US$ 600 million Indian conglomerate), where he was responsible for the Information Technology division as well as the maps and GIS profit centre.

A respected opinion leader within the IT fraternity in India, Sanjay has been regularly featured in media interviews, panel discussions and case studies relating to Strategic IT issues. Sanjay has many awards and accolades to his credit. In 2004, he was presented with the ‘Indian CTO of the year’ by the CTO Forum and Network Computing Magazine. Further, Sanjay’s leadership at Eicher won him NASSCOM’s ‘The Best IT User for 2004’ award in the automotive sector.

Sanjay, who has more than 26 years of international experience in the business services and IT industries, began his career at Tata Motors in Pune. Later, he moved on to join Unilever, India after which he joined Leading Edge Technology Ltd., New Zealand. Before coming back to India in 1996 to join Eicher as the Head of Information Technology, he was the Director of Infoplus Business Systems Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, a company founded by him.

Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, and a Diploma in Business from the Graduate Business School, Auckland University, New Zealand. Sanjay also attended the Executive Development Programme on “Competing in the Information Age” at the European Institute of Business Administration, (INSEAD) Fontainebleau, France.

Bharat Bhushan - AVP, Engineering & Technology

Bharat takes care of the engineering and global delivery team in India. He brings in 18 years of software engineering, product development, project management and delivery management experience to OutworX. Bharat has significant technical experience and strong background in the areas of security, remote access and secure communications along with extensive experience in handling and managing projects, working with cross culture geographically distributed teams and delivering high stake, complex and medium/large projects with aggressive schedules.

Before joining OutworX, Bharat worked with SafeNet Infotech Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Rainbow Technologies) for nine years and has been responsible for creating and managing highly focused engineering teams and transitioning of several SafeNet products to India engineering center along with creating core competence in security related areas. Prior to SafeNet, Bharat was a scientist with DRDO for eight years and worked in the area of error correcting codes and satellite image processing.

As Associate Vice President, Engineering & Technology, Bharat provides leadership to OutworX engineering efforts. He has been managing a large team including Project Mangers, System Administrators, Engineers and Developers. He excels in client management, delivery management, team management, and operation for clients globally.

Bharat holds a masters degree in Physics and a masters degree in Computer Science followed by a MBA in Operations Management.
